With four double stainless steel burners, an infrared back burner and a side high-temperature hob (sizzle zone / infrared side burner), the XL Premuim stainless steel gas barbecue offers maximum barbecuing fun with plenty of storage space for ingredients and accessories. Thanks to interior lighting and LED gas regulators, it can also be used atmospherically in the evening! A 10.5 kg steel gas cylinder with a diameter of 305 mm can be conveniently stored in the base.
The BBQ Master XL Premium stainless steel gas barbecue outdoor kitchen impresses with its outstanding functionality, compact design and extreme elegance.

The ceramic housing of the Kamado XL Pro is 3 cm thicker than other ceramic grills. Together with a newly developed fibre mesh seal and a strong lock, this ensures that the BBQ Master Kamado XL Pro retains the heat and moisture of the grilled food even better inside the grill. Even if you grill in winter, you only need a small amount of charcoal or wood: one firing is enough for 3 to 4 hours of grilling and for 8 to 10 hours of smoking.

The high temperature grill area

Get the most flavour out of your food: on the high temperature grill area with temperatures of up to 800°C you can sear meat or grill delicacies which are done quickly such as perfect steaks or crispy tuna sashimi! The hob can be adjusted to two different heights - for enjoyment just like at the steakhouse!

The infrared rear wall burner

What could be more delicious than a juicy chicken or a crispy roast from a gas grill? With an infrared back burner you can do both in the best possible way! Together with the two external main burners on a low level you will achieve the best results. In addition, you can also use the rear wall burner for indirect grilling - a gentle grilling method that works very well with the grill hood closed.

Safety pressure regulator

Safety is very important to BBQ Master and that is why we equipped our grill with a safety pressure regulator with an integrated manometer and an excess flow cut-off valve: Thanks to the integrated manometer you can do a pressure test without any other instruments. Losses in pressure from leaks are therefore easy to spot. The integrated excess flow cut-off valve closes the valve of the gas pressure regulator should the gas hose break or tear. This means that gas cannot flow unchecked. An integrated filter screen keeps the gas nozzles from becoming clogged with impurities.

Direct and indirect grilling

For direct grilling the meat(e.g. sausages, steaks, lamb chops etc.) are placed directly above teh burners which grills it quickly and gives it a nice crust. For indirect grilling the meat (roast beef, spare ribs etc.) are placed beside the burners and allowed to cook slowly through.

This allows us to offer high quality products at lower prices than you would otherwise find on the market. Where we never save is on quality: BBQ Master grills are made of stainless steel (for professionals: AISI 430 X6Cr17) like what is used in the health and heating industries.

Simple to clean gas barbecues

The BBQ Master is extremely user friendly: just clean the burner covers and grill racks when they are still warm using a wire brush. For a deep clean after long use remove the burners in just a few seconds and clean the inside of the BBQ Master with the solvent «Greasecutter Fast Foam» (available as an accessory) efficient, deep cleaning.

Where we never save is in quality: BBQ Master Kamado consist of a high-quality ceramic shell that defies wind and weather. The outer, glazed cover becomes much less warm than that of metal grills, which not only reduces the risk of burns. The metal attachments are made of high quality stainless steel.

Easy cleaning of your Kamado

The BBQ Master Kamado is extremely user-friendly to clean: Heat the Kamado to a temperature of around 300 °C for this purpose. Use our practical grill brushes for easy cleaning of the grates. When cold, remove the remains of the old ash before the next barbecue. Use the BBQ Master ash tool to separate any remaining charcoal from the ash. With the BBQ Master ash shovel you can quickly remove the few excess ashes from the camado. (all working tools are also available as accessories from us)

Lock for tight closure

Thanks to the lock, the Kamado remains tightly closed at all times and moisture and heat cannot escape during grilling.

Infinitely adjustable spiral spring for the the hood

Thanks to the newly developed, infinitely adjustable spiral spring, the lid can be opened easily and fixed in any desired position.

Screwable chip feeder

This BBQ Master Kamado has an opening for the introduction of smoked wood. This makes it possible to add new smoked wood at any time without opening the lid of the Kamado. Thus no valuable heat is lost when refilling. The specially designed rotating shovel makes it easy to fill the wood chips.

Optional multilevel grill grate system

Want to grill directly and indirectly at the same time? It’s a breeze with this grill rack system: For example, you can grill steak fast with direct heat on one level and then let it continue cooking slowly on the other level without having to adjust anything on the Kamado. The set consists of 2 cordierite deflectors, 2 grill racks and a ring stand with a wok recess. The inserts can be placed independently and allow the temperature to be adjusted to suit the food, quickly and precisely.

Top-Vent adjustment scale
