With three powerful double stainless steel burners, an infrared rear burner and a side high-temperature zone (Sizzle Zone / infrared side burner), the BBQ Master L Max stainless steel gas grill offers top-level grilling performance – compact, elegant, and functional.

The integrated interior lighting ensures perfect visibility even in the dark. A special highlight are the LED-illuminated control knobs whose color changes depending on the burner level:

White = Off
Red = Highest level
Orange = Medium level
Yellow = Low level

This gives you full visual and functional control of the temperature at all times.

The ignition operates conveniently via an AA battery that can be placed in the base cabinet – no power connection is required for the grill operation itself.

The grill features a power connection for the interior lighting and LED control knobs as well as an integrated USB port for charging smartphones, power banks or other accessories.
A USB-A to USB-A cable is included in the scope of delivery. This allows the lighting to be operated via a power bank (not included in the scope of delivery).

The stainless steel base cabinet holds gas bottles up to 60 cm in height and 30.5 cm in diameter. It also offers a practical compartment layout for storing grill accessories, plates, and grates.

The grill is delivered pre-assembled; only the two side shelves need to be mounted. The left shelf is foldable, saving valuable space.

Features

The infrared rear wall burner

What could be more delicious than a juicy chicken or a crispy roast from a gas grill? With an infrared back burner you can do both in the best possible way! Together with the two external main burners on a low level you will achieve the best results. In addition, you can also use the rear wall burner for indirect grilling - a gentle grilling method that works very well with the grill hood closed.

The high temperature grill area

Get the most flavour out of your food: on the high temperature grill area with temperatures of up to 800°C you can sear meat or grill delicacies which are done quickly such as perfect steaks or crispy tuna sashimi! The hob can be adjusted to two different heights - for enjoyment just like at the steakhouse!

Double stainless steel burner

The double stainless steel burners are made of high-quality stainless steel. The gas is evenly distributed on both sides over the entire burner surface. This always guarantees a constant flame from front to back.

Safety pressure regulator

Safety is very important to BBQ Master and that is why we equipped our grill with a safety pressure regulator with an integrated manometer and an excess flow cut-off valve: Thanks to the integrated manometer you can do a pressure test without any other instruments. Losses in pressure from leaks are therefore easy to spot. The integrated excess flow cut-off valve closes the valve of the gas pressure regulator should the gas hose break or tear. This means that gas cannot flow unchecked. An integrated filter screen keeps the gas nozzles from becoming clogged with impurities.

Direct and indirect grilling

For direct grilling the meat(e.g. sausages, steaks, lamb chops etc.) are placed directly above teh burners which grills it quickly and gives it a nice crust. For indirect grilling the meat (roast beef, spare ribs etc.) are placed beside the burners and allowed to cook slowly through.

Built-in temperature display

The perfect cooking level is the prerequisite for crispy grilled meat. Smoking, grilling and searing has never been so easy! Thanks to the listed temperature ranges, you have the temperature in the grill under control at all times.

Large stainless steel grease drip tray

Excess fat is collected and can be easily removed by hand. Our tip: Cover the fat collection tray with aluminium foil to clean the tray even faster.

Stainless steel rack

BBQ Master offers you high-quality, extremely durable stainless steel gratings. But that''s not all: The warming grate is also made of stainless steel! For you this means that all our stainless steel gratings are food-clean and very easy to clean.

Holder in the interior for large gas bottle

Thanks to the integrated holder in the base of the gas barbecue, you can store a gas cylinder with a maximum diameter of 304 mm and a height of up to 570 mm. For example, the Vitolight gas cylinder available in Switzerland with a net content of 10 kg.

Simple to clean gas barbecues

The BBQ Master is extremely user friendly: just clean the burner covers and grill racks when they are still warm using a wire brush. For a deep clean after long use remove the burners in just a few seconds and clean the inside of the BBQ Master with the solvent «Greasecutter Fast Foam» (available as an accessory) efficient, deep cleaning.

Double-walled recirculation hood

The robust double-walled stainless steel recirculation bonnet ensures optimum heat insulation and provides heat protection for the surroundings.

Stainless steel hot grid

Keep your food warm thanks to the stainless steel warming rack. Ideal for reheating or keeping food warm.

Electrical ignition system

The battery-powered ignition system ensures smooth, fast ignition of your barbecue.
