The BBQ Master TempControl Smart is an intelligent fan control system that ensures precise and constant temperatures in the kamado. The system monitors both the temperature in the cooking chamber and the core temperature of two pieces of meat simultaneously and automatically regulates the air supply via a powerful fan. This keeps the heat stable, which is ideal for low & slow, brisket or pulled pork – without the need for constant adjustment.
Using the Bluetooth app for iOS and Android, you can keep an eye on all temperatures in real time, define target values and receive notifications when they are reached or deviated from. Alternatively, the device can also be conveniently operated using the integrated rotary control. The easy-to-read display shows all important values at a glance.
Thanks to precise sensors, a measuring range up to 300 °C (meat) or 500 °C (cooking chamber) and flexible power supply via USB-C or an integrated battery, the TempControl Smart offers maximum control and convenience for relaxed and perfect BBQ results.
