Any frying liquid can drain off and is collected in a practical container with the optionally available Volt aluminium drip trays. It can also be used for delicious sauces or disposed of in a practical and environmentally friendly way.
To clean, lift the cast iron grate and the cast iron plate out of the grill. Then brush them off with a soft brass brush. The fat drip tray can easily be pulled out at the side.
