The rib rack is versatile. It can be used both as a rib rack and as a roasting rack, simply turn the rack over. Larger pieces of meat can be cooked evenly and there is less risk of the meat being burnt or dried out due to the wide grates. The spare ribs holder is also suitable for evenly smoking your favourite barbecued food!
