COOK IN WOOD smoking BBQ chips is an innovative product, ideal for preparing barbecue and barbecue dishes on a charcoal or gas barbecue to give your barbecue food a special taste.
It is a pure natural product, made from oak barrels used for the ageing of wines and liqueurs from the Marche region of La Rioja, the rest of Spain, France and Portugal. A patented production process allows the preservation of the most important culinary characteristics such as taste and aroma.

COOK IN WOOD BBQ chips are suitable for all dishes: Meat, vegetable and fish dishes as well as for dessert, pizza etc...

Muscat is a sweet wine made from the muscat grape variety and it can be extracted form sweet or dry wine , it has low acidity and it is very aromatic and sweet. This naturally sweet wine is made in oak barrels, so that the taste and smell of the Muscat still remain trapped in the oak after the barrels are emptied.
These barrels are turned into chips that unite the quality of the oak with the quality of the wine, resulting in an ideal complement to cooking food on the barbeques or gas ovens.
The Moscatel chips brings a typical floral fragance of this grape variety, offering food a sweet and musky flavour.

Usage


Soak the desired amount of aromatic woods in water for about 30 -60 minutes. Then pour away the excess water.
Pour the pre-soaked aroma chips without water into a perforated grill or smoking bowl.

Charcoal grill:
Place the bowl with the pre-soaked Aromachips directly on the embers.

Gas barbecue: Place the perforated tray (stainless steel box optionally available from us) with the pre-soaked smoking chips before lighting in the built-in drawer for smoker chips (if available), or according to the operating instructions of the gas barbecue manufacturer.

As soon as the chips start smoking, start the grilling process with your barbecue food.
