Use our untreated, 100% natural, extra-high Himalayan salt plates to grill on gas or coal, but also to keep food cool longer! It looks very noble when served - and gives your dishes a unique spice. Always reusable!
You probably know Himalayan salt from the kitchen, possibly also as a lamp, which spreads a pleasantly warm glow. Now you can use this valuable natural resource with its excellent heat conduction properties, which are even better than with a normal stone plate, also for grilling - for example for juicy steaks, chicken, aromatic lamb chops or delicious fish:
Simply heat the salt stone at room temperature with the grill grate for approx. 30-45 minutes to 250°C up to a maximum of 275°C and place the barbecue food unseasoned on the salt block, as the salt stone itself gives its special spice. Then, if necessary, just a little pepper and you will have a perfect experience.
However, you can also use the salt stone only as a finishing option, in which you already grill the barbecue food and sizzle on the salt block ready to get the unique taste to your barbecue food.
The Himalayan salt block is also ideal as a serving plate for dishes that need to remain chilled for as long as possible. Simply place it in the freezer in good time - and then serve it stylishly with sushi, gravad salmon, a fruit/cheese platter or even a ice-cream cake. The guests will be amazed!
Easy cleaning
The Himalayan salt blocks naturally have an anti-microbe surface. Simply wipe with a damp cloth under cold running water and allow to dry well. Do not soak, do not put in the dishwasher!

The salt block is a natural product and wears off naturally over time. It reacts to strong temperature fluctuations and should be stored dry. Do not leave it in the grill for a long time, as it may react with the stainless steel over time due to moisture. So you will enjoy the Himalayan salt plate for a long time.
