Remnants have no chance to settle in the steel and the liquids remain safely on the plate through the high rim.
Cleaning the Teppanyaki plate is very easy. It is best to wait until the plate has cooled down a little and pour a glass of water onto the still warm plate. Allow to work in a little and then you can simply remove the remains. Finally, just wipe with a paper towel - done.
Possible discolorations are only superficial, normal due to the high temperatures and have no influence on the quality.
The Teppanyaki plate is perfect for grill specialists who do not like to clean the grill constantly - it is even dishwasher safe and is best cleaned in the ECO programme.
