Since 2007, the BBQ Master series has stood for quality and innovation – developed in the heart of Switzerland. The Black Edition is inspired by Granito San Gottardo, a rock over 395 million years old from the Swiss Alps.
Through an elaborate black oxidation process, the stainless steel gains a characteristic brown-black surface with an elegant shine. This process not only gives the grill a premium appearance but also makes each unit unique. Slight color variations are a natural part of this high-quality manufacturing process.

Six powerful burners for maximum grilling performance

At the heart of the BBQ Master XXL Pro Black Edition are six double stainless steel burners, ensuring especially even and efficient heat distribution. This allows you to quickly reach high temperatures and precisely execute a wide range of grilling techniques – from direct grilling to gentle indirect cooking.

The grill is also equipped with a ceramic infrared rear burner, specially designed for use with a rotisserie. Thanks to the intense infrared heat, roasts, chicken, or rolled roasts develop a crispy crust while remaining juicy inside.
Insider tip from grill professionals:
When using the rotisserie, heat is mainly generated by the main burners – ensuring even cooking and juicy results. For an extra crispy crust, activate the ceramic rear burner during the last 5–10 minutes.

High-temperature side burner up to 800°C

A standout feature of the BBQ Master XXL Pro is the side infrared high-temperature cooking zone (Sizzle Zone / ceramic burner). With temperatures of up to 800°C, steaks can be seared in seconds – delivering a perfect crust and intense roasted flavors like those found in premium steakhouses.

This high-temperature zone is not limited to steaks: using a cast iron pan or stainless steel wok, you can also prepare side dishes, vegetables, sauces, or Asian wok dishes directly at the grill. This allows you to cook complete meals outdoors without constantly moving between kitchen and grill.

LED control knobs and halogen interior lighting

Even in the dark, you maintain full control over your cooking. The integrated interior lighting ensures optimal visibility on the grill grates, even during evening sessions.

The Outdoorkitchen Drawer Element Black Edition perfectly complements the setup with three spacious ball-bearing drawers. The elegant black granite countertop adds workspace and enhances the modern design. The module can be flexibly mounted on either side of the grill.

The Outdoorkitchen Sink Element Black Edition is made from high-quality stainless steel used in professional environments, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The polished black granite countertop made of real stone adds elegance and strength. The base cabinet also includes a waste bin and three shelves.

The stainless steel single-lever mixer tap with pull-out spray hose and hot/cold water connection allows convenient use directly next to the grill. This enables easy cleaning of utensils such as tongs, skewers, and grill grates on site.

The high temperature grill area

Get the most flavour out of your food: on the high temperature grill area with temperatures of up to 800°C you can sear meat or grill delicacies which are done quickly such as perfect steaks or crispy tuna sashimi! The hob can be adjusted to two different heights - for enjoyment just like at the steakhouse!

Double stainless steel burner

The double stainless steel burners are made of high-quality stainless steel. The gas is evenly distributed on both sides over the entire burner surface. This always guarantees a constant flame from front to back.

The infrared rear wall burner

What could be more delicious than a juicy chicken or a crispy roast from a gas grill? With an infrared back burner you can do both in the best possible way! Together with the two external main burners on a low level you will achieve the best results. In addition, you can also use the rear wall burner for indirect grilling - a gentle grilling method that works very well with the grill hood closed.

Safety pressure regulator

Safety is very important to BBQ Master and that is why we equipped our grill with a safety pressure regulator with an integrated manometer and an excess flow cut-off valve: Thanks to the integrated manometer you can do a pressure test without any other instruments. Losses in pressure from leaks are therefore easy to spot. The integrated excess flow cut-off valve closes the valve of the gas pressure regulator should the gas hose break or tear. This means that gas cannot flow unchecked. An integrated filter screen keeps the gas nozzles from becoming clogged with impurities.

Direct and indirect grilling

For direct grilling the meat(e.g. sausages, steaks, lamb chops etc.) are placed directly above teh burners which grills it quickly and gives it a nice crust. For indirect grilling the meat (roast beef, spare ribs etc.) are placed beside the burners and allowed to cook slowly through.

This allows us to offer high quality products at lower prices than you would otherwise find on the market. Where we never save is on quality: BBQ Master grills are made of stainless steel (for professionals: AISI 430 X6Cr17) like what is used in the health and heating industries.

Simple to clean gas barbecues

The BBQ Master is extremely user friendly: just clean the burner covers and grill racks when they are still warm using a wire brush. For a deep clean after long use remove the burners in just a few seconds and clean the inside of the BBQ Master with the solvent «Greasecutter Fast Foam» (available as an accessory) efficient, deep cleaning.
